Core Vaelor Principle

Your prompts. Your outputs. Your responsibility.

Vaelor provides general-purpose AI technology.
We don’t claim that every Output is correct.
We don’t claim that generated content represents our views.
We don’t decide what you believe.
We don’t take ownership of your ideas merely because you used our AI.
You control what you ask.
You control what you create.
You decide what you do with the result.
And you are responsible for using that freedom lawfully.

This principle operates together with the acceptable-use rules below and does not exclude obligations or liability that applicable law places on Vaelor.

1. Agreement, Operator, and Eligibility

These Terms govern your use of vaelor.chat, app.vaelor.chat, and related Vaelor applications, AI features, subscriptions, and credits (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Vaelor AI, trading as Vaelor (“Vaelor,” “we,” or “us”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the features you access. Additional age checks or regional restrictions may apply.

2. The Service and AI Limitations

Vaelor provides general-purpose AI capabilities, which may include chat, image and video generation, speech tools, file processing, saved history, Temporary Chat, memory, and models such as Vaelor Flash, Medium, and High. Availability depends on your plan, location, and current functionality.

AI-generated responses and media (“Outputs”) may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, outdated, fabricated, or similar to existing material. Verify important information before relying on it. Outputs are not a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice.

Generating or displaying an Output does not mean Vaelor endorses it, verifies it, or adopts it as its own views. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and instructions (“Inputs”), and for how you evaluate, use, publish, or distribute Outputs. This does not remove obligations that applicable law places on Vaelor.

3. Uncensored Mode and Acceptable Use

Vaelor supports broad intellectual and creative exploration, including controversial discussion, mature fiction, roleplay, political debate, art, education, and authorized security research.

Optional Uncensored Mode provides fewer content restrictions and may generate explicit, sexual, violent, disturbing, or offensive material where available and legally permitted. Enabling it confirms that you are an adult and voluntarily choose to encounter such material. It does not authorize unlawful conduct or infringement of others’ rights.

You must not use the Service to:

  • sexually exploit minors, create or distribute child sexual abuse material, including synthetic material, or facilitate grooming, trafficking, or sextortion;
  • create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually exploit another person;
  • facilitate fraud, theft, extortion, fraudulent impersonation, credential theft, or unlawful invasion of privacy;
  • access systems or data without authorization, conduct malicious attacks, or deploy malware against unauthorized targets;
  • unlawfully infringe intellectual-property or other rights; or
  • attack Vaelor infrastructure, extract other users’ private information, evade access controls, manipulate credits, abuse payments, or bypass subscription limits.

Other unlawful uses are also prohibited. Context matters: discussing wrongdoing, writing fiction, or conducting authorized research is not automatically prohibited merely because the subject is sensitive.

You must have the rights and consent required to upload or use another person’s image, voice, likeness, or other material. Sexual content must not involve minors; necessary consent must exist for real persons depicted.

Report suspected abuse or rights violations to report@vaelor.chat, identifying the relevant content or account and the reason for your report. Do not send illegal imagery as an attachment. Questions or requests to reconsider an account restriction may be sent to support@vaelor.chat.

4. Accounts and Security

Supported sign-in methods may include email, Google, and cryptocurrency wallets. Protect your account, credentials, and connected authentication methods, and notify support@vaelor.chat of suspected compromise.

Do not submit passwords, seed phrases, private keys, API secrets, or authentication tokens in AI requests. Vaelor does not require your wallet seed phrase or private key for normal account functionality.

5. Inputs, Outputs, and Platform Rights

You retain the rights you legally hold in your Inputs. You authorize Vaelor to process them as necessary to provide the requested Service and as described in the Privacy Policy; this does not transfer ownership or authorize model training contrary to that policy.

Vaelor does not claim ownership of your Outputs merely because the Service generated them. You may use them personally or commercially, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and any feature-specific license disclosed before use. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or exclusively yours.

Vaelor retains its rights in its software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and other platform materials. Permission to use Outputs does not transfer those rights.

6. History, Temporary Chat, and Data Deletion

Saved conversations may remain available across supported sessions and devices until deleted. Temporary Chats are not added to saved conversation history, but still require processing by AI and network infrastructure. Storage, provider processing, and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.

You may delete individual conversations or use the full content-data deletion feature without deleting your Vaelor account. Full content-data deletion covers saved conversations, associated Inputs and Outputs, stored uploads and generated media, and derived AI memory or personalization content held by Vaelor. Save anything you need first; completed content deletion cannot be undone through user controls.

This feature clears your AI content, not your account or all account-related records. Your account, authentication details, subscription status, credit and referral reward balances, payment history, and necessary reward/accounting records remain. It does not cancel a subscription. Retention, backup handling, and privacy requests are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Uploaded files and generated media are not permanent cloud storage unless a feature expressly says otherwise. Keep your own copies of material you wish to retain.

7. Plans, Credits, and Payments

Vaelor may offer free access, subscriptions, and usage credits. Prices, billing frequency, included features, usage limits, and applicable credit expiry will be disclosed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, credits are non-transferable usage units with no cash redemption value.

Payments may be handled by NOWPayments or another identified provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible; verify the asset, network, destination, and amount before paying. Blockchain irreversibility does not remove any refund obligation imposed by law.

Automatic renewal applies only when disclosed during purchase. Cancel through the available billing controls or contact support. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the disclosed billing terms; it does not ordinarily refund a period already purchased. Do not assume that removing a sign-in method alone cancels a subscription.

8. Referrals, Reward Balance, and Regular Check-ins

Vaelor offers a referral system through which eligible users can invite others using a referral link or code and earn rewards when the published qualifying conditions are met. Referral rates, qualifying actions, attribution rules, validation periods, and any limits or expiry will be shown in the program or offer. An invitation or sign-up alone does not guarantee a reward unless the offer says so.

Referral rewards are recorded in an internal Reward Balance, separate from AI usage credits. This balance may be used only to buy Vaelor credits or reduce the price of an eligible Vaelor subscription through supported billing controls. It is not a bank balance, deposit, cryptocurrency asset, or withdrawable income. It cannot be cashed out, sent to an external wallet, or transferred to another user. Any amount still payable after applying a reward is shown before purchase; unused balance does not create a right to cash reimbursement.

Vaelor will also offer regular check-ins. The applicable check-in schedule, eligibility, reward type, claim requirements, and limits will be displayed in the feature. Check-ins do not imply a guaranteed daily reward, streak benefit, or fixed reward amount. If a check-in awards Reward Balance, the same use restrictions apply; if it awards credits, the credit rules apply.

Fake accounts, fabricated referrals, automated check-in farming, duplicate claims, and manipulation of reward tracking are prohibited. Vaelor may withhold or reverse rewards attributable to fraud, duplicate processing, errors, or transactions that are reversed or refunded. Contact support to dispute a reward adjustment. Program changes will be communicated where required and will not override mandatory rights. Applicable restrictions and expiry must be disclosed rather than assumed.

9. Refunds and Billing Problems

Purchases are generally final except where applicable law requires a refund or a specific offer provides otherwise. Unused credits, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with an individual AI Output do not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

Report duplicate charges, missing purchased credits, or failed generations that appear to have consumed credits to support@vaelor.chat, with relevant transaction or request identifiers. We will investigate and address confirmed billing errors. Mandatory rights relating to cancellation, withdrawal, defective services, or non-delivery remain unaffected.

Content-data deletion or account termination does not itself create a refund entitlement or extinguish rights that cannot legally be waived. Promotional Reward Balance is not refundable as cash; mandatory rights concerning an underlying purchase remain unaffected.

10. Availability, Changes, and Termination

Models and features may change, and the Service may experience outages, latency, capacity limits, errors, or maintenance. Vaelor may change plans, pricing, credits, or functionality, subject to applicable law and required notice for material changes affecting paid services.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for material violations, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available. You may stop using the Service at any time; manage any recurring subscription separately through billing controls or support.

11. Warranties, Liability, and Third-Party Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, originality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To that extent, Vaelor and its operators, contractors, and service providers exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the Service, including resulting loss of profits, business, or data. Vaelor does not assume responsibility for a user’s independent unlawful conduct merely because the Service was used in it.

Where legally permitted, you agree to indemnify Vaelor against third-party claims and reasonable associated costs arising from your unlawful use, infringement of others’ rights, or breach of these Terms, to the extent caused by your conduct. This does not require you to cover losses caused by Vaelor’s own unlawful conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
