Retrieve a file

Download a stored file.

GEThttps://api.vaelor.chat/v1/files/{id}

Responds with a 302 redirect to a fresh signed URL for the file. This is the file's stableUrl: store it instead of the short-lived url.

Errors#

Status	When
`403`	The file belongs to another account.
`404`	No file with this ID exists.
